Release notes – 2-Nov-2022

We have recently added new billing and options to upgrade your accounts. Better and easier way to purchase more licenses, add extra storage and upgrade you plan. Everything is online through your NoviSign Studio user account.

So, how do I do that?

  1. Login to your NoviSign Studio user.
  2. Make sure you’re in the account you wish to upgrade (if you like to switch to any of your other account – in case you have any – just click the arrow in the top right corner of the Studio screen to open the menu and click “Switch Account”, then choose the account you wish to switch into).
  3. Click the arrow in the top right corner of the Studio screen to open the menu and click the “Settings” option.

  4. Click the “Account Settings” tab. Here you will see the billing section below with a few button for all of your online billing options.

  5. Click the button of the option you’d like and then proceed into the billing/plan/upgrade process.
